Our products are hand-produced in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Due to our unique freshness process, please allow 7–10 business days for production, plus additional time for delivery.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if any product arrives damaged during shipping, we will issue a replacement per the customer's request. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting our customer service team at (404) 491-0573 and explaining the nature of the return. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or whose packaging has been opened. Please report any problems that occurred during shipping within 14 days of the ship date.
Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients, and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size, and shape will occur.
